Tuition, Fees, and Subsidies
BCCNS is a proud participant in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) System. This federal initiative supports quality, accessibility, affordability and inclusivity in early learning licensed childcare in our community, and we thank our partners the City of Ottawa and the Ontario Ministry of Education in helping BCCNS to reduce our base tuition fees. Tuition amounts are listed below according to program option

Membership Fee
A non-refundable family membership fee of $180 is due on the date of registration. A payment plan of $80 one time fee and additional fee of $10/month is available upon request or for registrations after January of the current school year.
The Step-by-Step family membership fee is $80
Subsidies
City of Ottawa Children’s Services has limited funds available for families who require financial assistance. Call 613-580-9696 for more information, or visit City of Ottawa: Daycare Fee Assistance Program.
